What it’s like to work together
Therapy is about noticing, not fixing.
Together, we create a space where we can slow down, talk things through, and better understand what is going on underneath the surface.
Some sessions might feel lighter, with moments of relief or clarity. Others may feel more emotional or challenging, especially when we are working through big feelings or hard experiences. All of it is welcome.
Growth often starts with feeling safe enough to be curious about what is showing up and supported enough to explore it together.
Offering in-person sessions in Whatcom County and virtual therapy across Washington State
What our sessions might look like together
Each session is shaped around what you or your child needs that day. There is no script or checklist, just space to process, learn, slow down, and work through what feels most important in the moment.
We’ll gently explore:
› Learning to notice what your mind and body are communicating
› Exploring patterns in relationships and how they show up over time
› Naming emotions that feel big, complex, or hard to put into words
› Understanding how stress impacts thoughts, behavior, and the body
› Making sense of grief, change, identity shifts, or life transitions
› Finding steadiness and support during seasons of uncertainty
