In-Person + Virtual Therapy
You matter and your story matters too.
For the children with big feelings, the teens finding their way, and the families growing stronger together.
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
Life is full of seasons that stretch us. Children grow, teens find their independence, and families adapt to change in ways that can be both rewarding and challenging. You do not have to navigate those seasons alone.
When one person in a family is struggling, it often affects the whole family. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, big emotions, behavior changes, or a difficult transition, or your family is feeling disconnected, therapy can provide a safe place to slow down, feel understood, reconnect, and begin moving forward together.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who specializes in working with children, teens, and families, while also providing therapy for individuals. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe, accepted, and genuinely cared for. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
You don't need a "good enough" reason to reach out. Wanting to grow is enough.
How I can support you
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here are a few ways we can work together, depending on what you need right now.
-

Children + Teens
Supporting children and teens as they navigate challenges, build resilience, and strengthen connection with themselves and the people who matter most.
-

Family Counseling
Helping families strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and reconnect- with space for every voice to be heard.
-

Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions to explore what’s on your mind, without judgment. We’ll move at your pace, together.
New to therapy? Here’s what it can feel like.
-

"I was nervous, but it felt easier than I expected."
-

"My teenager actually wanted to go back."
-

"It felt more like a conversation than I expected."
-

"I left feeling a little lighter."
-

"My child still has big feelings sometimes, but they no longer feel so overwhelming."
-

"I didn't know where to start, and that was okay."
Resources to support you
Below, you’ll find a few resources to reflect with, breathe through, or gently explore what’s been on your heart.
-
What to expect in your first session
Think of the first session as a conversation, not a test. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you in, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. You don't need to prepare anything. Just come as you are.
How to tell your therapist something feels off
Therapy works best when you feel comfortable being honest, even about the therapy itself. If something does not feel right, if you would like a different approach, or if you have questions or concerns, I hope you will tell me. Your feedback is always welcome and we will work together to make sure therapy feels helpful and supportive for you.
Questions to ask when choosing a therapist
When you are trying to find the right therapist, it can help to ask a few simple questions. Do I feel comfortable talking with this person? Do they seem to understand my concerns or my child’s needs? Do I feel heard and respected in how they respond? It is also okay to ask what their approach looks like and how they typically support clients.
